Shipping of Personal Effects  

Air and ocean shipments will be sent to arrival destination airport / seaport only. Door to door shipments can be arranged by road to most European destinations however, drivers will only deliver to the kerbside and so you will have to make alternative arrangements to have your items taken from the vehicle to your apartment / house.  

Only when we have established the exact number of pieces, gross weight and dimensions can we advise shipping details / dates and exact price to you.  

We are unable to handle certain commodities (i.e. perfume, alcohol, foodstuffs etc). Please check with us prior to packing if you are unsure what you can and cannot export. All shipments are X-rayed prior to leaving the UK and so any forbidden commodities will be confiscated by HM Revenue & Customs.  

All shipments are undertaken in accordance with BIFA 2005 Standard Trading Conditions, a copy of which is available here.  

Payment must be made prior to shipping and can be made by cash, Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa, Switch, Solo, JCB, Maestro or Visa Electron. If paying by cheque, goods will not be moved until the cheque has cleared through our bank account.
